By accessing or using ZoneTrade ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ZoneTrade is an AI-powered trading assistant that provides market analysis, trading zone identification, and journaling tools. The Service is for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing on ZoneTrade constitutes financial advice, and we are not a registered investment advisor.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts in your jurisdiction to use ZoneTrade. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.

4. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@zonetrade.org if you suspect unauthorized access.

5. Subscriptions and Billing

ZoneTrade offers paid subscription plans billed monthly or annually. Your subscription renews automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Refunds are issued at our discretion and in accordance with applicable law. Prices may change with 30 days' notice.

6. Free Trial

New users may be offered a free trial period. A valid payment method is required to start a trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be charged the applicable subscription rate.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy the Service
Share your account credentials with others
Use the Service to harm, harass, or defraud others
Circumvent any access restrictions or security measures

8. No Financial Advice

All content provided by ZoneTrade, including AI-generated analysis, market zone identification, and briefings, is for informational purposes only. It does not constitute investment, financial, legal, or tax advice. Trading financial instruments involves substantial risk of loss. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by ZoneTrade and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ZoneTrade shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including any trading losses. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or harmful components.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
